I use GoDaddy and have for a long time.... I have only had one problem in my years of being a customer. My personal account gets a 'fair' amount of hits but once got a bill for $1200.00 for exceeding bandwidth. I called and they assured me it was accurate- I thought I was the victim of an attack but my web stats did not support that notion. GoDaddy stood firm that it was accurate so I paid the bill but continued to pursue the issue. I ended up calling someone very high up (don't remember how high up the ladder I got) but after I got their attention they investigated it. I was right and they refunded the money and gave me an extra year of service at no charge.

I have found them to be very helpful and friendly- EXCEPT for that issue & then it was like talking to a wall until I got high up the corporate ladder.
