The EXTREMELY RARE is the term used by Campiglia & Wells in their catalog. So I figured if it is good enough for them, it is good enough for me. Campiglia & Wells say there are only 8 to 15 known. I only have the one I am selling. I have no more, nor does the person I bought it from.
