I picked this up off eBay a couple of years ago. Similarly, the auction said it was a potential Vegas, though I thought it extremely unlikely (the Vegas property did not have 'Club' in the name, and I believe TR King chips were illegal in Nevada by the 1990s, though Gene can correct me). Of course the best indication for me that it was not Vegas was that I got it for less than $10. While I similarly couldn't find positive attribution, I just presumed it was a CA chip.
