Yes, Archie I did and I also know that with all the cash cows that the State of N.J. has they still have kept spending like drunken sailors to the point that we have the highest real estate taxes in the nation.

As far as Atlantic City goes it was the casinos that made A/C and if they go, so will A/C, it will revert back to it's former blighted self in a matter of years.
