I met a gentleman today that lived near Palm Beach, he was 80 years old and full of great stories of old gaming and mobsters.
This man told me he was a partner in the night club called the UPPER DECK CAFE at ONE N OCEAN BLVD BOCA RATON FL. During the early 1980's the club had fine dining and brought in acts for an exclusive crowd, it also had gaming. I was told they had three black jack tables and a roulette wheel. The gaming club was called the Ocean One Club and they had the blessing of the local authorities. The tables had a $500 bet limit.

The Gentleman had saved some of the clubs chips, he also mentioned that he remembered that they were made in the Las Vegas. They are HS on an injected diamond mold.
