The only info from USPC records is the date and distributor (H.C. Evans, Chicago). The name and location of the club came from other collectors.

I used to have this chip in my unknowns section until I was told "The Garden Club", Chicago by at least 2 collectors. I'm thinking Avee Heifetz, who lived in Chicago at the time, was one the collectors (although I could be wrong).
