I used Microsoft's free resizing program first...one right click of the mouse took it from 1.21MB to 28.4KB...then when I uploaded it to imageshack, to post it, I resized it again and it ended up 27898 bytes. (Probably could have just used the imageshack resizer, but I was curious how much the microsoft site would reduce it... )
