before I started collecting, I didn't realize there was such a difference in condition. I never looked at them that close. If the seller is not a collector, it may just be an honest mistake and I would let them know and see what the response is. Chances are they didn't know they were doing anything wrong by reusing a picture. If the seller is a collector and they are honest, they should understand and correct the error.
