Since I live in a High Rise condo it is an apartment and though rather large at 1256 sq. ft. you can imagine after even 10 years not to mention over 40 now how these magazines could over run the house.

Well, I took them 1 year, 12 issues at a time wrapped them in plastic put them into a trunk and placed them into the buildings storage room.
I never concerned myself with possible theft and of course though they had some value they really weren't priceless. I just put them out of mind.

Don't ask me what my ultimate plans were, perhaps to sell them in bulk but I never gave it much thought

Anyway, a few days ago I had need to visit the storage area only to find out that right above my trunk there had been a water main break.
Trunk, plastic bags and all a good 20 years worth, especially all the older issues were totally ruined.

Insurance coverage, hardly so..... I guess I'll just sulk over this.
Maybe if I buy Von's box of crap and get to kick Shoop in the family jewels I'll feel better, though there are many others I would rather do that to first......BTW John, how are you today .......Just kidding, well maybe
