We need a general idea of how many are coming so The Palms can staff for the event.
I generally tell them roughly 3 weeks out.
There is no deadline to confirm. Some just drop in.
No problem with that as long as we come close to the number of people.
The post has always been put up early so people making plane reservations know to schedule for it.
