Are there many chips you know of that you know to exist that no one has one's that have been particularly elusive.?
At same time for the same price, Is there such a thing as a C&S price guide.?

I don't recall if I ever heard of there being records available on these.

Finally, where did the term crest and seal come from

As you can see, I really know little if anything about this area of the hobby but am interested.
