Our family went to a special showing of the TITANIC exhibit of recovered items the other night. It was from 11:45 PM to 2:40 AM the time the ship struck the iceberg until it sank.

The Titanic was just discovered 2.5 miles down around 1985.

The most interesting knowledge learned for me was the fact that microbes called RUSTICLES are actually living microbes eating up the metal of the ship. Somewhere between 18 and 70 years it is estimated that the ship will be a pile of rubble.

If the exhibit ever comes to your area, I would suggest seeing it.
