I'm not certain if I know what you mean by ROT and LOT. Do you refer to the way the suits/dice line up on the chip?
Here are scans of my Slots-a-fun and Cactus Pete's chips...they line up differently than yours, but I don't see anything that defines left or right, unless there's something else...
