I don't have the answer. 2 terms 10 years or 2 terms 8 years.
It just seems to me that for most politicians once elected the most important thing in their mind is not the American public but to immediately begin a campaign to be re elected. My line of thinking was to eliminate this.
To put the American public first and who knows perhaps politicians then might have a real legacy to leave behind, one that they can be proud of.
