Nope, I never did buy the car because I was hospitalized for two weeks and the seller sold the car to someone else. I was only 18 years old at the time and my Mom would not give permission to the surgeon to amputate the middle finger tip at the first joint because I played the accordion, so the doctors sewed my right middle finger to a stomach flap for 21 days to establish the circulation prior to separating the envelope graft. Remember, this was in 1957 ... today, it is probably a much simpler procedure.
