Please help me identify this item (possible chip) The middle seems to be some type of metal. The other part may be celluloid or dome type of plastic I am not sure which. It seems to be very old but is rough around the edges. Thanks in advance for any help you may provide. This item is for sale if someone would like to make an offer.
