How can the AC casinos be overleveraged? Most of them were built 20 years ago and should be paid for by now. If they are leveraged then it is because they paid out all of the earnings to stockholders instead of paying off debt. I know that whenever trump issues new stock after a bankruptcy ( 3 times so far and I think he is working on number 4) you wait about a month after the stock is issued and then just short the heck out of it. Works every time.
