Because of the bargains often found on or at chip shows, many buyers don't consider buying until they find something at 50 percent or more off low TCR value. Your prices are not unreasonable, and your shipping is right where it should be. But at 20 percent below low TCR, many of the bargain hunters will take a pass. They don't consider that enough of a bargain.
I've adjusted the starting price of my listings accordingly, and I've noticed a lot of other sellers doing the same thing. Some start every auction at 99 cents, confident that the bidding will rise at least close to where it ought to be. And often it does.
