I couldnt resist going back to the Flamingo today to search the possibility of finding LCV/LCV chips of the new issue with no luck.

I did decide to bring a few more home with me to help out anyone who still needs one of these new chips. I have them in both styles- 9 SCV/SCV and 10 SCV/LCV.

Of the SCV/LCV chips, they are about evenly matched on the rotation of insert colors, just as David Spragg said they should be. (See my previous message about the insert variation/error) they are a normal variation, not an error, but I have them if you so desire.
