Hey, I've seen a whole box full of chips marked BC (Bangor Cave Casino). Bangor cave is somewhat of a novelty here in Blount county, Alabama. The lore is that this local cave was converted to an underground casino during the Prohibition and that this dive was a success that hundreds of patrons enjoyed regularly. None the less, a raid from the local authorities resulted in a shutdown and a confiscation of all things related to this illegal business. Memoribilia has appeared from time to time......as they have become more important to sustain the legend and maybe, as being passed from generation to generation.
