I have the chips pictured side by side and close ups of the diamond part of the chip mold for better viewing. To me, it's pretty obvious there's a difference but since I'm still learning I'd like to hear from the veterans.

The obvious - difference in sharpness and dimensions of the edge inserts.
Not so obvious (to me) - Today I noticed the chip on the right seems to have a "bold" look to the coin stamping.

Is this something that has been known? Is this a different issue?
