Welcome Mike. Value is in the eye of the beholder. As stated above there are not guides for many of the areas of interest to you. You can do an advanced search for completed auctions on e-bay to see if any of the items have sold recently and for what amount. I see items that are listed in the guides sell at half the listed amount in the guide and like wise some for double the listed values. Bottom line is collect it because you like it not based on the price you pay for it. You will over time pay too much on some items and some you will get that killer deal on, it comes with experience.
