If you are looking for customs there are a handful of options including:
Atlantic Standard Molding (ASM) which is the only manufacturer left that makes traditional clay chips for the home market. They have a few molds like the HCE mold that should be familiar to many collectors
Palm Gaming (Palm Imports) they do Chinese clay chips which are good quality (I have a set of 2000), but not as customizable as colors are set
Chipco or a similar ceramic type chip - there is one chipco manufacturer that is used frequently by members here for personals (I think) but the name is slipping by me
ABS (plastic chips) similar to the Wal-Mart dice chips - there are a handful of manufacturers as well out there

I am not sure if there are any manufacturers that can legally put sports team logos on the chips due to copyrights, but you can always ask and see what goes. There are a lot of great designers out there that can help create great memorial chips.
