Why would anyone in their right mind pay a $10-15 premium for a common chip simply because in someones opinion it might be in slightly better condition than the chip next to it.
I simply say that slabbing only adds to the price and gaurantees nothing.
The only people that benefit from this are the companies offering these services.
One merely has to look to see what sort of an effect it has had on coins, baseball cards and comics.
