I received 4 of these from a traveling friend. They are from the HUGE NagaWorld Casino in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He said they were difficult to get because it is a very dressy, exclusive casino and they don't appear to particularly like Americans that are not in a suit or are known hi-rollers. I gave him $20 for his trouble and will sell the other 3 to first poster here for $7 each, delivered in a padded envelope.

They are played, but are shown accurately in the scan, and are the same on both sides. Please email me directly and respond here if you would like one.
