Just a question.....

Sorry for the late post at work all day and into the night. Tried to post via blackberry but did not take. Anyway, thank you all for pointing out that I was only asking a simple question. I have bought and sold chips for years on ebay although I am new to the club. My intentions were not malicious and I am surprised at the reaction I got from Steve. Most chips listed on ebay are pictured outside of cases and flips, this is the only reason I posed the question. I apologize to Steve for the upset, but as stated by one of the posts, I trust the people on this board and will continue to ask questions.

I hate slabbing of any kind be it coins, collector cards or anything else. It is not right sterilize and prevent the handling of chips, coins or anything for that matter. I was deep into baseball cards in the 90s and saw the inconsistancy of grading. Not mentioning the predominate grading service by name, it seemed like grades were better when submitted through one of their preferred customers than by submitting a card on your own. I witnessed many broken cases and resubmissions, many times resulting in better grades.

Anyway, sorry for the upset Steve and hopefully the attention brought some bids for the nice chip you listed.
