With all due respect, instead of asking me personally, as I directed in the auction, he opened up the can of worms for the board to tee off on. Rather than address me specifically, he chose to pose the question to everyone, that's my problem. I can only ask, why?
I don't take disparaging remarks or discrediting my character (in this case my auctions), lightly. This hobby is built on trust. For example, people send traders out and expect traders in return, why, because they trust the other person will honor their commitent and send them a trader. If they get burned then they won't deal with that person again, correct, and they will also spread the word not to deal with that person?
Well auctions and reputations are the same. They are built on trust and "validated" by an independent party (*eb*) but in this open forum, there's no independent party to monitor and give someone comfort that they aren't going to be taken advantage of in the transaction.
Please review both auctions below and tell me what you would have done, as someone in the hobby or a novice.
