I don't think Al meant to be malicious in any way.
There was no message typed in his post. IMO he was simply pointing out something he thought was a slab.
From his club number R 8051, he is fairly new to the hobby.
The case in the scan appears to be similar to what the Slab companies use, so I understand why he thought what he thought. I looked at his post right after he posted. I knew what it was and so would most experienced collectors. I also reconized it was your listing. I should have replied to him but did not.
I see a couple others have replied and let him know it is not a Slabbed chip.
