Fuller's Index shows the Reno Stork Club at 16 W. 2nd Street, an address that is confirmed by the October 1950 phone book. The Reno Stork Club is not in the October 1951 or 1952 phone books...so I think it's safe to say that it closed circa 1950-1951.
