Highly restricted to Sunday only? Wouldn't that suggest that at all other times there would be at least a 25¢ or higher limit? I wonder where those chips are.....
OR would the signs be interpreted to mean that the 10¢ minimum was in effect at all times and the table was opened at 10AM on Sunday and at noon the other 6 days.
