The doctor checked him and exclaimed, "Goodness! Reattachment surgery has been known to be quite successful, but it's never been attempted in a case involving so many digits before. I am the top surgeon here though, so I will do my very best. Give me the fingers."
"That's impossible, Doc. I don't have them," replied a very upset Mike.
"What? In this day and age, with microsurgery and many other amazing techniques, you must have realized that reattachment was a strong possibility. Why did you not bring the fingers?"
"Easier said than done, Doc." Mike replied. "I couldn't very well pick the f__kin' things up, now could I?"
