And keep in mind Nv. has some of the cheapest property taxes around. When I bought my house the tax bill was 1200 dollars. My wife thought that was for the month I said no that's for the year. My NJ taxes are over 8K and that's cheap for NJ.

No AC for me this week. I have to work as I am leaving for Vegas mid week.
