Dice come in 2, 4, 5, and 6 stick.
When numbered sticks come off the tables, they are kept together, wrapper turned inside out and S/M marks when they came off, where they were cancelled and what table they were on. Or what ever info a casino manager wants in case they have to track them, to something that happened.
Same for un-numbered dice.
