Early 60's- Very slight bluring and Down Town is two words.

Inlayed hubs were made at the Burt Co in Maine. These were not.
I think Mason employees put the inlays on matching blanks.

There is a good chance Fremont management ran them in in order to embezzle money. There is a good chance the IRS thought that.
