I'm still a little confused after asking this question before. I asked about why/when the SOLD sign should be posted and had several responses. Your instructions were to "...hand a sold sign.." and I see Jay did exactly that, but you respond it was sold. When does the seller decide which interested person gets the offered item? Does the "hang a sold sign" have more than one meaning other than hanging it within the adverstsed thread as requested by the seller; or can one hang a sold sign via private e-mail and then the seller in turn hangs the sign? I don't think I ever used this type of sale before... just curious.
