It's located inside the Palms.
I've never had a less than excellent meal there and I'd guess I've dined there 7-8 times. The steaks are incredible and they have a 24oz bone-in ribeye.
Your steak will be in the $45-55ish range with everything a-la-carte. Sides around $10 each.
The atmoshpere is certianly NOT old-school-steakhouse and that is perhaphs the only negative in my mind.

As a side note, the Executive chef and many of his staff are avid poker players. One of the bartenders there won the WSOP Employee Event in 2009.
