"The Chip Rack", Non Casino section, contains a listing on page A-2 for Crazy Horse Too. This Club closed in 2006, briefly reopened, closed again in 2007, and remains closed (TCR doesn't show that the Club is closed). Also, I believe that the Club actually opened in 1984, not 1994, as shown in TCR.

Only 2 different chips are listed in TCR. See my picture, below, for several additional chips. All chips are the same on both sides. I am unaware of any additional chips issued by this Club. I agree with the values listed in TCR for these chips.

I'm a fan of TCR and I like to see it as complete as possible.
