#1 Sound; too loud to Can't hear dialog. (Lord of the Rings) is a good example.

#2 Computer Graphics vs Acting; Not enough Acting just a reliance on Computer generated objects.

I would rather watch Babylon 5 (all 44 Hours), than Lord of the Rings (Item #1)
(The Matrix 2 and 3) rely's too much on computer generated Graphics BORING.....
