I did see the other chip you are talking about- only one in the stack of 20, I beleive the 16th issue.

I think the chip you refer to with the "tail" on the "1" has much more difference to it than the tail.... It has twice as many inserts (4 dark blue and 4 pink) and is a hat and cane style mold.
These are 2 dark blue and 2 pink inserts on a sun mold.

The inlay, however is mostly identical in design, other than having a slightly greenish hue to the printing.
