Sometimes "BIN" offers are terrific bargains ... IF you are early enough to see it!
Most overpriced BIN offers will be available for days. True BIN bargains are sold within minutes or hours of their being listed and most bidders don't get a chance to view them ... or to even know they were available at a low fixed price.
