NCR - Use caution while exiting Florida's Turnpike

In some cases where there are only three exit lanes the right-hand lane will be closed and when approaching at those exits where a sharp curve/circle is involved there will hardly be enough time and distance to slow down to move into the lane where there's an attendant to take your ticket because the immediate lane to your left is a "SunPass" (pre-paid) lane where approaching traffic is constantly going thru the gate w/o slowing down making it virtually impossible to even attempt moving into the far-left lane where there's an attendant.

This happend to me a few weeks ago (on a Saturday) where I was able to merge into the next lane (SunPass Lane) in a safe manner while asking the attendant in the far-left-hand lane "What should I do?" and him responding to move forward since I was impeding the flow of traffic. I then went thru; had my picture taken grin and turned around to go in the oppsite direction asking what should I now do when I was handed a card w/ a phone number to call. After explaining everything at great length over the phone I was instructed to call their office should I receive a fine. So far no fine... but if I am fined I will fight it...!
