I am not sure what the characters say or where the chip is from. I know this means nothing but, I bought several of these from a seller in San Francisco. This is my last one and I thought I would offer it up here first. The chip is in great condition and will easily stand on edge. I am asking $12 delivered PAY PAL or a personal check from members is OK.
