It seems unlikely that a small club like Fatts would need a $1000; they didn't seem to have a $500. Also, Paul-son would make chips with these open colors for anyone who ordered them.

On the other hand, Armin does list the chip, so maybe there's something else going on here. I was just looking at the circumstantial evidence.
