Last time I was at the WPT offices in LA there was a jillion of them stacked in corners.
Most are sold in home game sets. Casinos holding the WPT tourneys usually have some to give away to entrants.

WPT asked me to use them on our WPT cruises in the tournaments. I laughed at them. Once word got around we were using them, we would wind up with twice as many as we started with.
