$2 Blackjack at Resorts AC (SAY WHAT?)

On Wednesday the New Jersey Casino Control Commission approved the application of Resorts Atlantic City to conduct a trial run of $2 Blackjack tables in the casino, however there is a caveat, players who wish the privilege of playing at the $2 Blackjack tables will have to cough up a fee of 25¢ per hand in addition to their bet (i.e. $2 bet + $.25 fee = $2.25 per hand) which begs the question how is the casino going to handle receipt of the player fee as far as making change? will they simply use 25¢ coins or create fractional chips? (Doubt it.)
