I like the menu, well all except the cod that is
never big on that one.
My parents too come from eastern Europe from a little country called Estonia and we eat many of the same things.
Of course the blood sausages they made were also not on my list of favorites especially remembering from childhood when my dad would bring home a gallon of cow blood to mix with the meat, spices and barley then watching my mom stuff the sausages and cook them. YEEECH
BTW don't forget that all important bottle or two of vodka that will remove any inhibitions that might be left
