Thanks to everyone..I took bits and pieces of all the advice and it worked..I think the final key was dropping the DPI down for 300 to 75..thanks again!

Resize w/ MS picture manager if you have it
simple as that...also
?? all 3 are 103832 BYTES & 800 x 600 pixels
