Normally I photograph chips to upload here. Today I tried to scan a couple of chips. When I tried to upload it here, the size was 5 times to big to be uploaded.

The scan itself looked great. I don't know much about scanners, but how do I reduce the size of the file to fit the requirements here to be uploaded.

My JPG picture was 800,000 bytes.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
