I don't think that Bruce would sign-off on such a Springsteen chip unless the proceeds of the sale of the chip were earmarked as a donation to one of Bruce's favorite charities.... and I can think of no A.C. casino (with the exception of one) that would do that since they want it all for themselves. That exception might have been Trump Marina when Todd Moyer was in charge of their chip program. Todd issued several NCV chips of popular artists with the proceeds going to VH1.
