Here is scan of the Post Office receipt. I suspect, based on the responses here that the problem is at your end. Perhaps the mail carrier has started collecting.
In any event, it is the sender's obligation to get the item delivered and I will certainly do so, but respectfully request an additional amount of time as it seems that there really is a delay somewhere along the line.
BTW - Did I overlook an email from you on this topic? I found nothing in my accepted emails and nothing in the junk folder on this topic. However, giving you the benefit of the doubt, I guess I must have missed that less public inquiry and do apologize for that oversight.
Please feel free to use this scan for support, if you make an inquiry to Postal authorities there about what looks to be a systemic issue. If you want a better scan, just ask.
LMK how much longer seems to be reasonable amount of time and if no chip by then, then I send again.
